Cookouts and Tailgate Parties can be prepared onsite at your event or prepared offsite, then delivered to your event.

 

Deli Sandwich Buffet...Includes an assortment of sandwiches (turkey, chicken salad, ham, roast beef, tuna salad, egg salad, and veggie wraps on platters with assorted breads (white, wheat, rye, croissants, and tortilla wraps with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Choose 2 salads: Fresh fruit bowl, rainbow pasta salad, potato salad, cole slaw, or tossed green salad

$15/person (drop-off service only)

 

Potato chips, soda/water, and a cookie/brownies tray also included.

 

You may also order this as meat and cheese trays with bread and condiments on the side to build your own sandwiches.

 

Disposable plates, napkins and plasticware included in price.

 

Hot Buffet Package ...Includes 2 hot entrees (choose between lasagna, bowtie pasta alfredo with chicken and mushrooms, chicken parmesan over pasta, grilled or Cajun-style chicken, pork tenderloin, baked salmon with teriyaki glaze, tacos with all the fixings, kabobs (chicken, steak and/or shrimp). Beef tenderloin or prime rib additional $3/person. Also includes tossed green salad. a starch (garden vegetable rice, rosemary redskin potatoes, mashed potatoes), 1 vegetable (sauteed green beans, zucchini & squash medley, steamed broccoli). garlic bread or rolls and butter.

Disposable clear plastic plates, and rolled plasticware included in price.

 

Servers for bussing tables, filling glasses and clean up are additional fee. Linens, tables, chairs, china, and silverware can be rented for additional fee.

 

Lemonade, iced tea, coffee station available for additional fee.

 

Summer Cookout (all year round)

Includes hamburgers, grilled chicken breasts, hot dogs, pasta salad, fresh fruit, beans, chips, desserts, beverages, condiments, buns, plasticware, napkins, and plates starting at $15/person

Onsite add $3/person for buffet servers and cook
